Simulations
Run a strategy over a historical dataset and keep the full record — every fill, position and equity curve — instead of a single number you have to trust.
Neurotrader turns a trading algorithm into a reproducible experiment. Run it against real market datasets, compare the results honestly, and promote only the configurations that survive.

Illustrative data, not a real run.
Platform
Every stage shares the same algorithms, the same datasets and the same metrics, so a promising backtest and a live run are actually comparable.
Run a strategy over a historical dataset and keep the full record — every fill, position and equity curve — instead of a single number you have to trust.
Point the same algorithm at a live market feed and paper-trade it. Same code, same metrics, none of the capital at risk.
Promote a configuration to real execution when the numbers hold up — and not a step earlier.
Keep strategies and their parameters versioned, so every result points back to exactly what produced it.
Market datasets with known coverage and resolution, ready to point a run at. No CSV wrangling before you can start.
How it works
One installer, no notebook to keep in sync. Configure the run in the app and the results stay attached to it.
Repository
Illustrative data.
Install Neurotrader, sign in, pick a dataset and an algorithm, and see what the last five years would have done to it.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
Ubuntu 22.04+, Debian 12, Fedora 40+, RHEL 10 family; 64-bit
curl -fsSL https:/ / download. neurotrader. sigmastone. io/ latest/ neurotrader-linux-x64. sh | shChecks the download against the published checksums and installs with apt or dnf. Read the install script.
Or the files, all three into one directory:
sudo apt install ./neurotrader*.debsudo dnf install ./neurotrader*.rpmApple silicon, coming later
This is an early build and the installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn about an unrecognized app. Choose More info, then Run anyway. To check the file first, compare its SHA-256 with the published checksums.
